Q: How do I place a counter on my page?
The HTML code for a basic Tripod counter is as follows:
<IMG SRC="/bin/counter/page_name.html">. If the file name of your page
is "index.html," the counter code is <IMG SRC="/bin/counter/index.html">
This code will produce the actual counter. You can place text around it
if you wish. Currently, you cannot manually change the number displayed
on your counter. You can, however, change the color, by adding the
following code: ?RRGGBB. Example: <IMG SRC="/bin/counter/index.html?000000">.
The six digits following the question mark are standard hexadecimal color
code. In the example above, "000000" is the code for black.
