When we announced our new Plus subscription plan, one feature received
most of the attention: No Ads! Easy to understand. After all, we've
been trying to eliminate ads on member sites for ages. And we know
how YOU feel about ads. Boy, do we ever! But there's more to Plus than
what's NOT included. Take File Sharing. Remember how your Mom used to
tell you that is was a good thing to share your toys? Well, she was
right. With File Sharing, you can use your Plus account to store and
share all sorts of goodies, from images and media files, to text files,
spreadsheets, whatever. Just plunk the files in your account and from
there you can post or link to them from other sites. This comes in
real handy for displaying images on auction sites like eBay and
sharing your latest MP3 creations on music sites. But really, the
possibilities are endless. So go ahead. Make Mom proud. Share.

Q: What is bandwidth?
Bandwidth is the amount of data that is used to transfer a Web page
(including HTML, graphics, etc.) from the host server to the person
viewing the page. If the contents of the page equals 1 MB, and the page
is viewed 100 times in one hour, the bandwidth for that time period would
be 100 MB. All Tripod sites have a monthly bandwidth limit. Tripod Plus
members have a higher limit and have access to extra bandwidth.
