There was more dancing in Williamstown last weekend. People just can't seem to get enough of it! And why not — dancing does a body good. Jesse was spinning at Mezze on Saturday, where Adam was ripping up the dance floor ... or so I've heard. Brian joined the Tripod gang, along with Bo and Don Z. Jesse reported that some Williams students crashed the party later that night. Oh, the joys of living in a small college town!
I can smell cake from miles away. Okay, maybe just yards — but I can definitely smell it through walls. Yesterday was Barak the Potluck King's birthday (he turned the big 2-9) and the lucky boy had a cake. I just happened to walk back to his desk in time to snag a piece before the entire confection was demolished by a ravenous mob. Timing is everything when you're trying to get a piece of cake around here, lemme tell you!
It's going to be crazy here in Billsville — it's Homecoming weekend at Williams. Take warning — happy tailgating fans and crazy school-spirited marching-band members will be everywhere. My advice? Stock up like it's Y2K, rent a bunch of movies, stay home, and drink lots of hot chocolate. I say this only because I know a ton of people who'll be in town this weekend, and you don't want to get in the way of their revelry. Trust me.
